- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Sri Lanka) after receiving your order confirmation.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.
Domestic Shipping (Within Sri Lanka)
- Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery location. Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., LKR 5,000).
- Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: Typically 1-2 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: A flat rate fee or calculated at checkout, generally higher than standard shipping.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping but, will be available in the future and the following will be applied,
- Delivery Time: International delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The total weight and dimensions of your order.
- Your chosen shipping method.
- Your delivery address.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
- Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), public holidays, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team at cameliatrendyclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of the reported delivery. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
6. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, especially for larger orders or items coming from different warehouses, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in separate packages, and each shipment will have its own tracking information.
