Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, choose your size and colour (if applicable), and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as faster checkout on future purchases, access to your order history, and exclusive offers.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the "My Account" or "Register" link in the top navigation bar. You'll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and choose a password.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer Standard and Express shipping within Sri Lanka.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently offer shipping within Sri Lanka only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details and non-returnable items.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, email us at cameliatrendyclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorisation.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at cameliatrendyclothing@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or faulty item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
